Six Tips for Helping You Lose Weight with Reiki

Dieting doesn’t work as often as it should and even when it does, it doesn’t stick for much long or we don’t manage to stick to it. If you’re trying to lose weight here are some tips that may help you in your journey.

  1. To make your body stronger always Reiki your food. It helps you become a strong person that has a full control over your body.
  2. If you love your body you will have a better understanding of Reiki. To reach a higher level tell yourself “I love my body” and if it makes you feel good, that is a positive step towards your body acceptance. If you have negative feelings about it take a “step back” and just let it be. When the right time comes you will feel it.
  3. Reiki water is the way to go. Drink lots of it and aim that your body instantly cleans it. Say “may this water remove toxins that serve my body in a negative way”.
  4. Try to write little notes that resonate well with you and that always have a positive message. Keep this paper with you at all times and let it remind you why you’re losing weight – to become a better version of yourself.

5.Use different crystals, for example a yellow crystal such as citrine, golden topaz etc. When you fill it with energy place it on your solar plexus chakra. Keep sending energy to this chakra because it will effect your will power and balance your emotions. When you feel it working it will give you extra determination and motivation.

6.Doing Self-Reiki can stabilize your appetite and make you more aware of your body’s nutritional needs. It can help you to make healthier choices and also to remove unhealthy cravings.
